Sofology sofas used to be ok for the money.
But the real problem is that they don't care about customers at all. There is literally no way to contact them. Their phone line always has a minimum of an hours wait and while you wait they add insult to injury by telling you you can get fast immediate access from their website.
You can't.
The web delivery system doesn't work.
They don't respond to email or chat.
Even when you get through and create a booking for delivery they won't honour it and there is no way to contact them (apart from the above mechanisms for ignoring customers they provide).
If there was a zero stars that is what I would give them - they take your money and then disappear altogether.
