We were due to have two sofas delivered on 29th Oct only to receive a phone call from the delivery driver at 17:17 to say that our order wasn't on the lorry.!! Since then despite several emails, attempts at phone calls and a visit to the Swindon store we are no further forward.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced..
