The sofa we revived after a 3 months wait was OK, probably didn’t help the delivery guys literally threw the sofa around (there a creek when you sit down and it’s brand new)
Sofology need to get a grip, a thorough investigation of their executive actions needs to be undertaken. why is their parent company DFS not taking action? Why is the only way to contact them Twitter? Why do they have thousands of complaints daily that aren’t answered.
This is not a company you should buy from at all, a very basic requirement should be you can speak to the retailer and feel they are happy with your purchase. Sofology is absolutely shocking in these areas and need a drastic overhaul.
