Absolutely terrible service. I was one of these people reading the reviews prior to ordering thinking ‘they can’t be THAT bad, well believe me, they actually are! So upset that I ordered. Was given a delivery date, time slot was given the day before, few hours later delivery was cancelled via text message. (They actually called and when I answered they hung up). Currently into my 2hour 45 minute wait on the phone for an update on when delivery will be. Not holding out much hope with whatever they say based on other comments on here. Wouldn’t be so bothered if I hadn’t got rid of my old sofa, but being 31 weeks pregnant without a sofa is going to be proven very difficult!
Don’t waste your money guys- and your bloody time!
