Sofology is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take your order and your money then they don’t want to know. Their customer service is non existent! I have sent e mails haven’t even given me the courtesy of a reply! Every time I ring I’m caller 40 something and after waiting 45 minutes I was caller 30 something so not a quick fix! They really need to take a lead out of NEXTs customer service. You ring them and they give you an option for call back so your not hanging on. I wonder if Helena Bonham Carter would participate in Sofologys advertisement if she was aware of the disgusting customer service they provide to the general public! All I want is the legs changed on my sofa i ordered silver came with black!!!!!!!
