I wish I have seen the reviews before! I had my delivery booked to arrive last weekend and nothing. No communication, no e-mail, and I cannot contact anyone from the company as the CS line has hours of waiting time and all the emails I tried or website messages had no reply.
I really love the sofa I bought and was looking forward to receive it but I am now loosing hope! If nothing happens until this weekend I’ll be going there for a refund. This is a joke! We donated our old sofa and are now seating on the floor! I’m so disappointed!!!
