How I wish I had looked at the reviews before we ordered from sofology before we placed our order, as with everyone else we ordered our sofa back in June, was assured 18 weeks maximum wait, first date was October, second date November now had an email to say December. Cannot get through to anyone on the customer support number or email, think we may be making a journey to the store at the weekend which will probably be quicker than trying to ring!! Will not buy from here again. Absolutely awful customer service!!
