My 3 sofas and 2 chairs still haven’t arrived today. I’ve received no call with an update.
I’ve waited in all day and arranged my childcare to accommodate this delivery. We have spoken to Customer Service and they can’t tell us what’s happened to our delivery or when it will be rescheduled.
I really regret shopping with Sofology, especially as we’ve waited until July. Not sure what we’re all sitting on now, especially as we’re a family of 6!
