I wish I had listened to all the reviews before buying sofas!! The company is a fraud!
You can’t get through to anyone on the phone, took over 4 hours to get through and when we finally spoke to someone they put the phone down. Meant to be guaranteed delivery before Christmas and now it’s been delayed, would never have ordered. Shocking company and customer service, I am now concerned the sofas will even turn up at all.
The staff in the lakeside store are liars do not trust them!
