very bad customer service, false promises , they took my deposit in July with delivery date in October , than missing chair .
spoke with lady over the phone hardly understand her because of her back noise, ended up she cancelled my order without even having full conversation with me. they made you to cancel your orders so that they can take your 30percent away.
looks like you are dealing with dead people.
think twice before going to sofology.
