It has to be said this is one of the worst experiences I've had when purchasing anything.
16 weeks after ordering we established they had lost our order. We spent two weeks trying to speak to anyone at sofology to rectify and eventually had to go through to the store to get any kind of response
Eventually they reordered the sofa (another 13 weeks to wait)
and they arranged us a loaner sofa which didn't arrive.
They wont even answer the phone at the store now which means going back there to sort this out.
I would suggest even if you like their sofas find an alternative. This company is an absolute shambles and without exaggeration a nightmare to deal with.
DO NOT BUY A SOFA FROM THIS COMPANY!
