Very poor after care service! Please avoid this terrible company! I have a leather recliner sofa from sofology, it started peeling after 1 year of ownership, which clearly means this cant be genuine leather. The extended warranty did not cover this, although, we were never even given any T&Cs in the first place, so I'm pretty sure there's legal issues there. Our pet has also scratched the leather and guess what, that's not covered either. So it would seem their warranty is totally worthless. I have contacted Sofology for comment, but I have been completely ignored. So I feel compelled to pass on my extremely negative view of this company to as many people as possible.
