After numerous problems with delivery and numerous hours wasted sitting on a phone, our sofa was finally delivered! I had also ordered ( and paid for, in September) a cleaning kit, which I’ve not received. I have filled in several web forms and I get an automated email saying that my query has been received- then NOTHING! This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I needed another armchair but no way was I going to Sofology again, so went onto John Lewis website last week and my armchair arrives on Friday. Do yourself a favour and buy nothing from Sofology - I’m amazed they are still in business.
