Just got off the phone with sofaology querying where my delivery was, apparently not on the delivery system this was the second missed delivery. I've got to admit it didn't take long to get through on the phone and I've just cancelled my order, just waiting for my deposit to be returned so watch this space. I've seen many bad reviews lately and to be honest my experience hasn't been half as bad as most people but 4 months waisted 2 days off work and a glazing company removing my bay window was enough for me to cancel. Very disappointed
