My wife still cries from time to time over a year later at how much of our savings we lost on this furniture. Please think very carefully before buying from Sofology.
Even one of their engineers who visited admitted they are terrible quality.
The independent ombudsman apparently believes that 6 months is fine for the life of a £1600 3 piece suite.
We have replaced a chair with a £30 one from the charity shop which is actually usable.
How this company continues to operate is beyond my understanding.
