Sofa 8 months old. Sagging in the seats
Sofology say its normal setement and will do nothing about the terrible look of it.
The seats are a hollow and they say if we want anything doing we will have to pay for it ourselves. ITS IS LWSS THAN 9 MONTHS OLD AND THEY GIVE A 20 UEAR GUARANTEE ......WHICH IS NIT VALUD ON THESE ISDUES. Terrible after sales and customer service.
We are now going to continue to pay for a sofa for more than two years that we have had to take to the tip...UTTERLEY DISGUSTING.... AVOID SOFOLOGY
