sofology called me last night to take payment of the balance of my bill. They then charged my credit 4 times!! My card is now over limit and I have no
available balance for pre-christmas spending. gave up after 1 hour on hold this morning. website is still saying my account is unpaid. The most stressful 12 hours and no resolution in sight - this is fraud!!!
