2 failed deliveries from sofology now, they report we are with the priority complaints team! We will be seeking to cancel the order and have our old sofa back that they removed 2 weeks ago. I have a poorly little boy very unwell having to sit on a bean bag to watch TV! This is appalling. Can't get through and they are useless. So sad they have ruined our Christmas. We have no sofa for our family to sit on........ they should be ashamed
