Dreadful company. Ordered a ‘Rock n Roll’ sofa and chair first week Sept for delivery end of Nov. Apparently UK manufactured unlike other Sofology products. Received communication to say product was in the delivery network at end of November. Rang (as requested) to organise delivery where they confirmed that they could not locate the sofa or chair. Chased for two weeks on a daily basis but got no further. In the end my patience ran out and I demanded a refund. Went to John Lewis and ordered from them…Sofology are utterly useless
