Shocking. Ordered a item from in store. Received confirmation text of delivery date. Had someone from customer services tell me it’s lost in warehouse and would call me back in 24 hours with update. No update 3 weeks later, couldn’t get through to talk to anyone as your on hold for hours, live chat no one acknowledges you. had to go through my bank to request refund.
