Ordered a 3 seater corner sofa for my elderly mum (81 years old) and the week before Christmas they delivered a corner and an end piece to her! She waited 3 weeks after me spending hours on the telephone to customer services and sending numerous emails on her behalf, to finally be informed that they had “lost” the 3 seater section. No apology, no one returns calls, no compensation…please save yourself grief and unnecessary hassle and avoid this company.
