If very briefly: worst experience with this company. Yes, at the end I received my armchair, but untlil that I had to do so many calls, wait, constantly re-book delivery slot. Every time I was told that I will get a message informing about delivery slot and ofcourse on an day there was no message, no delivery, nothing. And again queueing an hour on a phone, tryng to get a new slot and story repeats...Just save your nerves and choose diferent company.
