So, we order a sofa & chair & no problem with lead time as we were in no rush.
Around 19weeks later we get the call that our order is ready for delivery & we book a slot.
Great stuff, one day prior to our booked date we get an email & text advising our time slot.
Brilliant, would be one of the first deliveries so book a day off & we get everything prepared. Old suite out & access all ready.
Delivery arrives within the time slot, great.... NOT!!!
Only the chair arrived, no sofa on the van. ABSOLUTELY STEAMING!!!!
