We bought a couch, we were told delivery was 3 weeks, on week 5 we phoned and asked about our delivery we got told it was lost!!!
Customer services are absolutely horrendous.
One lady was laughing at my wife on the phone!! I have to say this must be the worst run company in the uk. 100% will never enter any Sofology shop in my life.
Hopefully when you read this you take heed.
