Just had a Sofology technician come out to see my sofa, bought new in December 2021. It’s 7 months old and the seating has sunk in the area where I sit the most. Technician asked if I’d been advised to sit on all areas of my furniture as it is expected to do this within months. I’ve never bought a leather suite that has collapsed. I have made it clear that I’m unhappy and that given my sofa is under warranty I will be taking this further. I wish I’d read the other reviews before I’d bought this furniture. Very poor quality.
