Ordered sofa beginning of August and was told when ordered over the phone expected delivery was 8 weeks. Heard nothing from sofology since so I have had to contact them a number of times to find out where the furniture is. I was told by 4 different members of staff (after me emailing, phoning and messaging) delivery was for 28th Oct and they apologised sincerely for the delay. I was contacted on 26th Oct to expect a call from the delivery team to book a 4 hour slot in for 28th. I took the day off work. Its now the 28th. No phone call, no delivery but my sofology account still shows the date 28th I have had to again phone, be put on hold to only be told its still not in there stock. Sort it out sofology. 39 weeks pregnant and still without a sofa which btw wasn't cheap.. £2499 on a sofa with a delivery charge of £99. Can't even get it delivered
