Promised a sofa in 14 weeks. They chased me for the balance, I paid, still no sofa.
The “great reviews” look like pure scams. I’ll be filing a complaint.
If I’d known I’d wait this long, I’d never have ordered. Can’t cancel, they’ve got my money, and customer service just pushes the date back by a few days every time I call.
Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs. I’ll get my money back after reporting this as a scam on Trustpilot and with the authorities.
