This happened a while ago bought in full two leather recliners that took forever to arrive. But my complaint is DO NOT let them talk you into the insurance policy as I did and of course when something went wrong with one of the headrests after 4 weeks they would not replace stating it was to do with body fluids from my husband's bald head and I've been left with a horrible sight where they scraped the leather to do so call tests on it and made it 100% worse and madden's me terribly every time I look at it. So be aware the insurances sem to be a total waste of your money.
