We had our sofa 5 weeks and it started splitting, common fault for the Sardinia.. Had first repair and then less than a week later the foot stool started spliting to..waited 3 weeks for a repair.the guy who came couldn't fix it, and just left, leaving his big hook needle stuck in my carpet may I add. Anyways contacted head office to be told there is a fault with this range and that I can choose a different suite, but after reading reviews and comments I do not want another suite from this shocking company.most sofas you have customers complain about.all I'd like is a reply and the sofas collected and to cancel my payments.. I'm so upset about the whole experience.i have no faith in this company what so ever..
