This company is an absolute joke, I honestly can't believe they are still in business. We have had nothing but aggro since our sofa arrived and it's still ongoing nearly a year later. The quality is awful and the couldn't care less.
Avoid this company at all costs. If this was a £200 sofa from Ikea, I'd blame myself and say buy cheap, buy twice, however, these sofa's are expensive but the quality is absolute tat.
