Had to put one star in order to place my review, trust me this company doesn't deserve one star!
Sofa is 6 months old and the stitching has come apart on one of the seams apparently this falls under accidental damage and to have it fixed will cost me £98 (the technician can establish this from photos they ask you to send)
Be prepared for a long wait when phoning customer services and don't fall for the we will call you back, because they won't!
Will never buy from this company again...............
