Furniture rejected on delivery, not what we saw and purchased in store.
Furniture ombudsmen somehow agreed with sofology. I had to chase up cancelling the finance agreement as Sofology neglected to inform them of the cancellation. Two months payments had been debited from my account.
Refund agreed by there Twitter team pin the deposit paid. Once contacted they had gone back on there word.
