Sofa was delivered December 2018. Had immediate problems with the chair. There’s like large dimples in the chair arm. Customer service is absolutely shocking. It takes them weeks to reply to emails. They sent a guy out to look. He stood and scratched his head for an hour then said that’s the best he can do. Garbage. Now they won’t answer any emails. My advice is definitely do not buy anything from sociology. They may look nice in the shop but in reality are very poorly made with no after sales service. If this review stops one person wasting their money I’ll be a little happier
