Went in the preston store and approached as soon as I entered. I informed the lady I was just looking. She persisted in telling me she does not take any commission from sale. Waking around the store this very annoying and rude lady continued to follow and comment on everything my mum and I was saying to each other. I ended up walking out. Genuinely looking to purchase a new sofa for my new house but certainly will not be going back. This lady lost you a sale.
