Very up set customer, although I pacifically ask about discounts at the time of purchase and was told they don’t do discounts. I was sure they did, as I had seen it advertised at work, I’ve found out they do 5% for NHS workers, as we spent over £4,000 in the store this is worth having. BUT NO we can’t have the discount because it wasn’t applied at point of sale.
How is this my fault SOFOLOGY
I expected better from a company like yours.
