Telephone customer service is the worst I've EVER encountered. Absolutely useless. 4 calls on the same day all promised to fix an issue then send a confirmation. Not one of the 4 fixed the issue or emailed.
Unbelievable how they're still trading. Will never go near one of their stores again.
Shame I had to give them even 1 star.
