Terrible customer service. once you have the sofa in your home they accept no liability and say nothing is wrong with the sofa. You are then stuck with a non fit for purpose sofa. Actually sick of phoning to try and resolve. I have been trying to get the sofa removed from my house for months as I no longer want to deal with sofology.
