So I wait 5 week for a sofa.
I get rid of our sofa, new one arrives.
Wrong colour. Told I have to wait a further 5 week.
I want something for my inconvenience (which I’m sure you’ll agree is fair)
They tell me it’s not company policy to give compensation.
