Bought a sofa Midas to which the studs have rusted and been told that there’s no time scale on how long they would take to rust?
Nothing they can do! D/D held and trading standards have been contacted to further assist me.
The customer service was shocking & the attitude of the staff on the phone is nothing I’ve ever heard before.
It seems to be there aren’t interested after purchase unless you’ve got there aftercare kit / insurance.
