Basically they mess you about, lie to you, will not help with my purchase which is not even a years old. I find that they say and do what ever.
I don’t see the problem that if a customer is not happy with their settee for what ever reason why can they not just sort it out instead of creating all the upset and stress we have enough stress in our lives without them adding to it The video on sofa shield is laughable your kids can have the dinner on it and your pets can lay on it leaving you with no worries you would think having sofa shield would protect the material on your sofa but it does not only spills and tears if your settee goes thread bare in eleven months that is classed as normal.
Yet while lm left with a settee I’m not happy with, which could easily be rectified I am still paying for it for another two more years. Yes I will upload photos just because the technician that was sent turned out to be a liar and two faced.
