Basically if your out of warranty and bought a policy to cover yourself after the warranty is finished they will do everything in their power not to pay out or fix. Absolutely con merchants, con you for commission to buy a policy and a sofa then not pay out. The product is sub standard and you will still be paying it off while it falls apart. Refunds more likely to win £170 million on lottery.
