Fell for the oldest trick In the book 'delivery before Christmas' after they were due to be delivered last Thursday they then cancelled our slot and only informed us at 3pm in the afternoon on that day. Told us they had been delivered to the wrong depo, most likely lies. Due to be delivered again today and this time 'can't get hold of driver'. Appalling customer service wish they would just be honest and stop making us take days off work to hang around for sofas which are not coming!
