Purchased a clearance undamaged 2 and 4 seater. When delivered found some damage. It was rejected and sent back for repair only to come back with central legs missing and more damage. The repair was of unacceptable quality. Rejected again for refund. No personnel phone apology just email. Stating many times they have tried to contact me but I have no record of this. When I complained about the damage to the Tech customer service team they replied ' you did get a discount ' There was no damage to these settees when viewed in showroom and to be be delivered damaged goods and be told that comment is disgusting. I will never use Sofology again. Totally unacceptable. Seems to me, bigger the supplier the little man gets troden on.
