£4K and 12 months old and the corner unit is saggy, I can pull the leather away from the cushion if feels empty of filling.
Apparently this is normal if you sit on it! Technician said it’s normal so there we go, they’re not interested. Although I can pay £210 for new cushions. What a joke.
