If I could leave one star I would
Arm of my sofa has collapsed after 2 years and I’m out of warranty. Apparently arms structure of the sofa isn’t covered under the main structural 20 year guarantee
Cheap flimsy materials used into a cheap nasty product that are sold for big money I thought I paid more for a 20 year warranty
Looks like the only thing it’s covered for is if it falls from the top of a building which let’s face it will never happen. An iron clad protection for sofology and a warranty not worth the paper it’s written on for the customer
