What was delivered was not what was shown in the pics, they sent out a engineer who did very little and actually made it worse both leather couches are very badly stretched all over and frankly look done dispite cleaning as per instructions. Stretching started within months, this indicates very cheap leather or poor quality, also made in china.
Appalling customer appalling company and product.
If you buy from them after reading all negative reviews you need your head seen to.
