Take your money tell you what you want to hear ...... appalling customer service , shop told to have no dialogue with us as escalation team involved , escalation team not returned any calls so who can we speak to ????? Tonight we are told they have lost our sofa ! Email now gone to CEO, SARs request sent for in writing and verbally , Retail Ombudsman and FISA contacted . Do not buy anything from this store !
