My order was shipped on time. Although there was a delay in delivery, it was NOT the fault of Soufeel, it was the post office that caused the delay. Once I reached out to Tracy in customer service my problem was resolved & my package arrived rather quickly. Tracy was helpful & kept me informed. My products arrived & are absolutely perfect! I will be giving these as gifts & am super excited for my friends to get them.
