“I ordered the nested dolls and they were never delivered even though they said they were. They could not give me information on the delivery company. Not even a picture confirming delivery which is pretty standard practice. When contacting the company they gave me the run around and put the blame on me. I do NOT recommend ever ordering from this company as I am now out $50+ and no hope of ever seeing that money.”

“Ordered two "fragile" bottle items but the packaging was a bad joke! The inflated plastic to bolster the bottles was deflated, the box was torn and flattened in so many places. Even before I opened the box, I could hear the bottles slip sliding inside the unopened box. Extremely disappointed. The product however was bubble wrapped and appeared intact. Took forever to arrive, ordered 08 Dec 2025 and arrived 06 Jan 2026... almost a month!”

“Scam don’t buy. I ordered a keychain for my partner and I for Christmas and not only did it come late and outside the expected range the website predicted themselves but it’s not at all the same product advertised. Rather than the cute handmade gift seen in the advertisement, I got an AI generated tiny pillow keychain that was of horrible quality. And when asking customer support for help finding a review page, they sent me on a goose chase. I had to ask three times for a review page which they refused to send me. And when they did send a link it wasn’t even a review link. How disgusting.”

“This place is absolutely garbage and doesn't even work. Both of the flip books are broken and don't work. Both of the wheels get stuck as you try to cycle through the pictures. They advertised that it would be delivered by Christmas and I paid extra for it and it didn't show up until 4 days after Christmas. These crooks should be ashamed of themselves to sell this absolute garbage that arrives late. Refund my purchases immediately!”

“Buyer Beware! I bought an item beginning of December. I sent several status emails, and was always given an apology, and told item is being processed, or item is in transit. Today, I called customer service number, and they told me the last update is 12-15-2025, and I need to contact seller for refund, but they will not tell me who seller is.”

“I ordered two anixity swirl rings and never received them. I have contact the seller for refund they asked for some discount cs which. Sent. They keep going back and forth with same conversation. I want a refund asap. Horrible customer service. They are a horrible company.”

“Just got the nesting dolls I ordered and I am so upset. The wood itself is not sanded at all, has cracks in it and and big splinters out of it here and there. The printed images are so blurry you can't see a persons eyes even and so dark you can't make out details much at all. The largest of the pieces was so stuck together it took some time to get it open to even see the other "dolls". Also these are much smaller then you would think by the images on their site. Be sure to read the size chart well.”

“I ordered view master disks that permitted you to add personalized pictures to watch in the view master camera for my granddaughter. They did arrive in a fair amount of time. I thought the concept was brilliant especially for the great discounted price. Unfortunately, the pictures that I could view were very light and blurry, but the main problem is the disks were not rotate probably and kept getting jammed.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a custom magic card. They didn't listen to any of my comments to adjust it they inserted their own information instead of what I had in the description boxes and they didnt even put the magic slogan on the back like they were supposed to! I will never order from them again. Do NOT order from them!”

“I ordered 4 items several months ago. They were said to ship in 3-5 days. They emailed stating there was a 3-5 day delay. A month later, I emailed saying that I hadn’t heard from them since then. They said 1 of my products was out of stock but they’d be making more at the beginning of the month. At the end of that month, I emailed and asked that they send the 3 things that were in stock. They told me that they could… if I paid for additional shipping. I said that wasn’t going to happen. It’s now about a month later and they “resolved” my issue on the site but, I haven’t heard and haven’t gotten the product. The 3-5 days is now just over 3 months. I still have zero of my four products.”

“The product I got didn't match the advertisement. The image quality was poor and disappointing, even after paying extra for a low-quality second image. Customer service responded only after 24 hours with multiple emails exchanged, which slowed down the whole process. I paid for expedited shipping, but it arrived at the same time as standard delivery. I do not recommend this service.”

“WORSE COMPANY EVER ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I bought there baby casting kit for hands and feet. The product they provided cannot be used on anyone under the age of 14 years old and the frame came damaged. They also printed the photo the wrong way round ! In response they offered a £10 refund when I paid £50 and they said I should glue the damaged part and reprint the photo. AWFUL COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”
