Horrible experience. They sell of images that are not there product. The quality is terrible. My order turned up broken and damaged, and not what I ordered. Customerservice is horrible. They are trying to offer me a $20 refund on a product that arrived completely broken, and its original cost was $120. It’s unfair and misleading advertising. Be warned Do not order from them!

I bought this Fridgbeats for my granddaughter and the song had a flaw in it. They fix the problem with it and now It’s perfect. They work in a timely matter to get it resolved until I was happy with the outcome come. I would only recommend to get the wooden stand, because the magnetic isn’t strong strong enough to hole on refrigerator.

The product was just as the preview displayed. They were clean and colorful. Very well made. The only thing I would have changed would be the image in the cart. It was generic. I wished they had saved a thumbnail of the previewed image. Its a small thing but it would have made it easier to ensure what I was ordering was referenced in the cart.

It took very long to receive my product. The moving pictures box. It took about two months, and when it finally arrived it was a disaster. The pictures were half fallen off. Very poor quality product . This is a Chinese product not made in America and they lie about where they are based . The product wasn’t like the picture. I could have made it myself for way cheaper. It was worth about $5. They didn’t even cut the pictures all the same size . And when you turn the handle, some of the picture get stuck and don’t show properly or fall off. Ugly and cheap and I do not recommend . Should have listened to the other real reviews

Disappointed and Frustrated – Not Worth the Money or the Hassle I ordered a custom Father's Day flip book from this company, thinking it would be a thoughtful, personalized gift. Unfortunately, the product I received had a glaring issue: two photo segments in the animation didn’t match up properly, completely ruining the flow and feel of the flip book. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue — either through a refund of the $40 I paid (including shipping) or a corrected replacement — I was shocked by their response. They offered me a measly $5 refund or told me I could pay them an additional $10 to ship it back for a fix. Even worse, with Father’s Day just two days away, they said the corrected version wouldn’t arrive until well after the holiday — completely missing the point of the gift. For a company that markets itself around personalized, meaningful gifts, the lack of quality control and poor customer service was incredibly disappointing. Save yourself the money and frustration — I would not recommend ordering from them.

Ordered on 4-29-25 and paid for expedited shipping that gave me an expected delivery date before mothers day. A full month later I still haven't received it and I working with customer service on a refund has been ridiculous. Im actually convinced this site is more of a scam than a genuine company.

Terrible customer service and incredibly late. When asked for a refund they refused. They only offered 10% back. Avoid at all costs.

Item showed up well after the original delivery date. After talking with customer support their reason was for quality control. Item showed up broken with pictures out of order. Customer service is terrible.

I am truly grateful for having Soufeel assisting me throughout my order. I had hiccups with uploading my pictures but was assisted & guided patiently by providing new link. I even made a bad choice of pictures & eventually was not happy. I was offered to upload new pictures at only a small handling fee. I al truly grateful for all the help, patience & professionalism rended to me. Thumbs up Soufeel.
