I am disappointed. I ordered 2 personized puzzles and 2 personalized cushions with covers. Package was delivered with one cushion missing. Box was all taped up like it was opened before delivery. When reported, I was asked to send a picture of what was received and a picture of the packaging. This was a gift shipped directly to the receiver. Quite obviously this cannot be done. I have never heard of any company mistrusting their customers as they did. Quality of the product is nothing to write home about either! I will not be ordering from them again.

The order took a very long time to be delivered but otherwise it was a very nice necklace. Looked great. However, after a week of wearing it it seems to be changing colour. Not so good and bright anymore. And it has not been in or near water. Dissatisfied.

I ordered a moon lamp and a mirror that reflects a portrait of my choosing when turned on. The order was placed in early December as Christmas gifts. Little did I know that these items are made overseas and it took until mid January to receive them. So expect to wait a VERY long time to receive them. When I received the items, boy was I shocked when I saw the packaging. Both items were taped together and put inside a single shipping bag with no padding or bubble wrap or anything. Absolutely no care was taken into the packaging of items that weee about to be in transit for weeks. When I opened the package, pieces of the items began falling out. I knew things were broken in shipment immediately. The stand for the moon lamp was broken into many pieces. It was quite easy to put back together so that was ok and forgivable. Once assembled the moon lap was actually VERY nice and gorgeous. My friend LOVED it as her Christmas gift. However the mirror was completely shattered and all of the electrical components of the item were gutted and completely useless. My other friend never got his Christmas present and i had to go pick out a new gift for him. Normally this kind of service would receive one or no stars if it were possible. However when I reached out to customer service, Tracy was very kind and helpful in rectifying the situation. She was always professional and understanding. It is because of her that they get the extra star. I would not recommend buying UNLESS they get their stuff together and come up with a much more careful way of shipping the items. Also, to be up front when ordering and on the website the extraordinary amount of time it takes for the items to arrive. I wish I could be writing a better review. But this was genuinely a 2 star transaction and only because of Tracy.

I've been awaiting my order for 6 weeks two photo Charms of my daughter who passed away at 16 months one for my mum who's 80 birthday as gone and one for my daughter who's birthday is at the begging of August only to be told there wasn't a door number and I will need to pay postage again. erm I orderd by PayPal and have never had this problem before I'm going to spk to PayPal now

I ordered and paid for 3 puzzles on April 5. Merchant said it was shipped April 13, i expected at least 5-10 to create the order. Merchant sent a tracking # to my email when they said it was shipped Its May 25 and have yet to receive my order.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY Don’t waste your money. I bought necklace for Christmas and first week of having it the cursive “M” bent because it was very thin. At that time I emailed them and they stated they would replace it, I choose a thinker style it hopes the second would be the charm. This was in January!!! I tried reaching out to them and nobody has responded to my emails!!!

Customer service is alright. They take some time to get back to you. Not very sincere. Price is okay if you get exactly what you ordered. Delivery takes about a month or longer to get to you. Refunds... Ha! My first product was about half way done and tried to give me 30% of my money back which I wasn't satisfied with. They came back to me with getting a new one. Doesn't look like the picture at all. I give up. 😔
